i am moving web hosts, but will need to send mail using php. which web hosts will provide support in setting up a php.ini file to send mail properly. or are there any full template scripts someone could direct me to? thanks!

You can try http://www.GotHosting.org which all their accounts comes with Cpanel hosting and also allows you to use send mail via php script (mail()).
That comes with full support system for you to use even when you need development php help. They are very useful!
