@papab1991 He needs verification because when a customer calls in, most (if not all) support techs have to track ALL calls… even if we don’t know who’s calling in. Legitimate companies keep detailed records and this is the reason – they have to verify they are actually helping people, and the only way to do that is to track the call, or take notes on the call.
