Question by : I cant sync apple iPod Touch 2nd gen?!!!? HELP!?
I’ve just installed the new version of iTunes to my computer. i am trying to connect it to download the new iOS software and as I plug it into iTunes, it comes up saying “iTunes requires a new version of of Apple Mobile Device Support and iTunes, then install iTunes again”. I have no idea what to do, as i cannot find anything relevant with ‘Apple Mobile Device Support”.

-Some other .sis files as “snakes” installed properly ,most of them is’nt. The message that appear in the cell is
“intallation of ( name.sis ) is not supported” !!!

-Is 5700 xpressmusic one of s60 3rd edition phones?

Answering your first question. No, the Nokia 5700 does not support .sis files. The only games you can install are java games and symbian games.

Answering your second question. The 5700 is one of the s60 phones. But it’s not the third edtion. It’s the first edition.

I just get a white page when I try to load a yahoo game room. No, it doesn’t even try to load the java applet, nothing, just a plain white page and the word “Done” in the lower left corner.

If Yahoo had a Technical Support area, I’d look there for answers but I can’t seem to find that either.

I KNOW about “HELP”, I did not find any help or any answers to my question. It doesn’t matter if I use IE or Firefox, I get the same results, updating my Java did not help either.

Yahoo has technical support for their paid services. I use their Web Hosting and the support is 24/7 and excellent.

No support for free programs – they would go bankrupt.

How do we send a message to companies that foreign call centers will eventually HURT their businesses?
Actually – yes, we DO pay for tech support as part of the price of the product!
If the tech support is useless because the people don’t speak English – then the product is defective.

every time you can’t understand, ask for a supervisor immediately.

the super gets paid more and so they don’t like to occur her/his time with ordinary calls.

if they won’t or can’t get you a super, hang up and call the toll free number again. as many itmes as necessary to get someone whose speech you can understand. They pay for all the calls, anyway.

Question by Solo Joe: Windows XP (Home) Problems. I can’t open “Help & Support” or Device manager…?
and, I have no sound anymore, and I can’t enable my virus scan!
Does this sound like a virus or something else? I tried system restore (had to access it thru “tools” on start-up menu) but all the past month’s restore points were gone. Nevertheless, I can still access the internet.

Yes, your pc is likely to be infected by virus or malware.

Since you can access the internet, try to do online free scan of your pc. Symmatec or other reputable anti-virus provider.

If still you cannot get rid of the problem. Try the following:

Did you backup your C: hard drive ?
Try to re-install.

If not, did you save your system through Recovery program when you first bought the pc?
Try to re-install.

If not, you probably have to re-format the hard disk and reinstall your computer with Windows XP.
