I&#8217;ve just installed the new version of iTunes to my computer. i am trying to connect it to download the new iOS software and as I plug it into iTunes, it comes up saying &#8220;iTunes requires a new version of of Apple Mobile Device Support and iTunes, then install iTunes again&#8221;. I have no idea what to do, as i cannot find anything relevant with &#8216;Apple Mobile Device Support&#8221;.</p>

<p><i>Answer by some_guy_who_wants_to_butt_in</i><br/>Answering your first question. No, the Nokia 5700 does not support .sis files. The only games you can install are java games and symbian games.</p>
<p>Answering your second question. The 5700 is one of the s60 phones. But it&#8217;s not the third edtion. It&#8217;s the first edition.</p>

<p>I KNOW about &#8220;HELP&#8221;, I did not find any help or any answers to my question.  It doesn&#8217;t matter if I use IE or Firefox, I get the same results, updating my Java did not help either.</p>
<p>Here is my original question:<br />
1) Why can&#8217;t I load any yahoo game lobbies? 2) Why doesn&#8217;t Yahoo have a &#8220;Technical Support&#8221; area?</p>
<p>I just get a white page when I try to load a yahoo game room. No, it doesn&#8217;t even try to load the java applet, nothing, just a plain white page and the word &#8220;Done&#8221; in the lower left corner.</p>
<p>If Yahoo had a Technical Support area, I&#8217;d look there for answers but I can&#8217;t seem to find that either.<br />
I am a paying sbcyahoo subscriber, I still have not  been able to resolve this issue.  </p>
<p>I&#8217;m hoping someone else may have had a similar issue and may have some insight on what to do to get the game lobbies to load.</p>

If the tech support is useless because the people don&#8217;t speak English &#8211; then the product is defective.</p>

and, I have no sound anymore, and I can&#8217;t enable my virus scan!<br />
Does this sound like a virus or something else? I tried system restore (had to access it thru &#8220;tools&#8221; on start-up menu) but all the past month&#8217;s restore points were gone. Nevertheless, I can still access the internet.</p>

<p><i>Answer by zhao z</i><br/>Yes, your pc is likely to be infected by virus or malware.</p>
<p>Since you can access the internet, try to do online free scan of your pc. Symmatec or other reputable anti-virus provider.</p>
<p>If still you cannot get rid of the problem. Try the following:</p>
<p>Did you backup your C: hard drive ?<br />
Try to re-install.</p>
<p>If not, did you save your system through Recovery program when you first bought the pc?<br />
Try to re-install.</p>
<p>If not, you probably have to re-format the hard disk and reinstall your computer with Windows XP.</p>
