Question by jeans: I need technical support for creative wonders software, who do i contact?
I have several sesame street creative wonders cds that I have installed for my grandkids to use however, I have three that I cannot install. When I insert them into the d drive, a prompt comes up asking if I want to install, I click yes. The screen then says the in is preparing an installshield, the bam, I get this message that says “target system OS not supported”. Is there a way to work around this. Like I said I already have 5 other creative wonders programs on my computer.
