I am trying to run a program, unsuccessfully, and when I go to “support” for that software, they say I need to reset some “Zone Alarms” on my PC. Where are these Zone Alarms and how do I get to them. Please, if you do not have an authoritative answer don’t respond to this. Thanks in advance. The program is Portrait Professional and I am running Windows XP.

double click on the Zone Alarm icon at the system tray. go to ‘Overview’ and click on the ‘Preferences’ tab, you can change the settings there.

If you want to add the program to the allowed list in Zone Alarm, go to ‘Program Control’, under ‘Program” tab click ‘Add’ and select the program you want.

Question by rogerD: How can I disable Real Player when trying to access the “Health Feature Story”?
Real Player returns a message that a software update is required. Then returns a message “no update available”. When I try to save as (rather than open) I get the message “No such interface is supported”
When I try to change the default settings to Windows Media, it still goes back to Real Player.
Can I safely remove Real Palyer from my system? Or how can I make it run the Health Feature Story?
